RESOLUTION:

Game hints or tips are not provided by Technical Support or over the phone. For game play hints, it is recommended that you post your questions on the free Hints Message Board. You can also obtain game hints by purchasing a Strategy Guide.

In some games, you may think there is something technically wrong with the game because you can't progress further. The way the titles are created, you usually can't "move forward" in the game until certain other steps are completed. It's best to go back and check to make sure you have completed all steps prior to the step you are stuck on.
